Fullbright is a Minecraft hack that allows the user to see in the dark. It also allows the user to see underwater.
Fullbright can be used to walk around in dark areas without placing any torches.
|Method [Wurst 7 only]|
|In-game description||“Gamma works by setting your brightness slider
beyond 100%. Incompatible with shader packs.
Night Vision works by applying the night
vision effect. This usually works with
|Possible values||Gamma, Night Vision|
|In-game description||“Slowly fades between brightness and darkness.”|
|Default brightness [Wurst 7 only]|
|In-game description||“Fullbright will set your brightness slider
back to this value when you turn it off.”
|Default value||matches Minecraft's Brightness slider, otherwise 50%|
Disabling Fullbright's Gamma method will always set Minecraft's Brightness slider back to the “Default brightness” value. Before this slider was added, Minecraft's brightness would instead be set to 50%.
|Shader compatibility mode [Wurst 6 only]|
|Default value||not checked|
The “Shader compatibility mode” checkbox only shows up in Wurst 6 versions that include OptiFine. Enabling this mode allows Fullbright to work with certain shader packs that would otherwise break it.
